OkemahDavid R / George BartonOkemah is currently the working title of my new studio album. You know, the one I've been telling you about since last year? Anyways, the name of the song comes from where I had spent the 24 hours prior to writing it, at the Woody Guthrie Festival in dusty Okemah, Oklahoma. A product of too little sleep combined with my usual introspective navel-gazing, but awful pretty I think in spite of all that ;-) |
